virtualenv cleanup: replaces subshell with prompt expansion.

* :t parameter expansion returns the last portion of the path,
  equivalent to basename. I <3 zsh.
* adds comments for the VIRTUAL_ENV_DISABLE_PROMPT,
  used by virtual_env activate
