fix(ubuntu)!: rename `acs` alias to `acse (#11334)

BREAKING CHANGE: `acs` alias, present in both `ubuntu` and `debian` plugins conflicts with `acs` function in aliases plugin. Change it to prevent ghosting of one of them.
